Chile Con Carne
Hmmm, surprise, its been a while.
I have been making a new thing to eat recently, and I have decided that chile con carne is nice. I was looking for something new to make while wandering the isles of Asda with dafydd, and came apon the idea of making chile con carne.
Turns out it was a good idea, quick as a flash I purchased some random ingredients that I guessed I would need to make it. Luckly it turns out that I had actually purchased at least most of the stuff, and it was really nice. Turns out I put a bit too many chilie flakes in so it was a bit hot, but I had some sour cream to tone it down a bit anyway.
The only downside was as it turns out I had not cooked rice in a while. So that was a bit of an experience, I am a bit paranoid about cooking stuff so I kept checking it and stiring it. This resulted in my rice being a little, whats the word, clumpy. Anyway one quick google search later, it turns out you ain’t supposed to stir rice (at least I know now).

So anyway, I am about to try again, this time with some frozen left over chilie. Hopefully I will fair better with rice this time.
