Scary Biscuits

Well its been a little busy for the last two weeks, what with the ‘excitement’ of the exams and with the Waterfront going to print yesterday. 
 
The big news being that on monday we are going to have our biggest update so far, with a massive 70-80 articles being release at the same time. We are alse going to be adding a bunch of new features to the site (crosses fingers).
 
The exams all went not too bad in the end, although Graphics and Designing Algorithms were a little interesting, but both Internet Computing and High Performance Microprocessors.
 
Oh and the last good bit of information is that I am past the first stage in my application to IBM’s Extream Blue program, and have the pleasure of taking an aptitude test.
 
Anyway need to get back to implementing stuff for the waterfront site. Bye…

Vista, thats right I finally got around to installing vista. I have to say it looks pretty dam nice, and runs basicly the same as XP did on my computer and personally I have not noticed much slow down in comparison at all. 
 
If you wonder how I have managed to grab hold of a copy it is through the magic of the MSN Academic Allianace which gives me access to the latest and greatest Microsoft stuff.
 
Anyway I am going to go away and have a good poke around this new operating system.

I just made chicken noodles, and have to say it was dam nice. I particular when you bare in mind I was missing about half the ingredients from the reciepe. Anyway it was one of Antony Worrall Thompson’s creations on the trusty BBC website:

Well I case you thought I had pasted on or something I am still alive, but you know the Xbox 360 has sucked up my life a little. Turns out Gears of War is definitly as good as the hype, and I recently added Burnout Revenge to my collection which is also a bunch of fun. Ooo here is my gamercard in case anyone is interested: 

In any case I have an exciting exam to look forward too tomorrow so I guess I better attempt some more revision, before finishing off the night relaxing with Gears of War.
